Diced Pistachios

Diced pistachios are green Antep pistachio kernels broken into small, uniform pieces, known in the Turkish trade as “pirinç” pistachios. They carry the colour and flavour of whole kernels but go straight onto the production line with no extra chopping, making them a practical ingredient for chocolate, bakery, ice cream and confectionery applications, both as an inclusion and as a topping.

Applications

Diced pistachios are used in chocolate bars and filled chocolates, cakes, cookies and other bakery products, ice cream and gelato, Turkish delight, halva and confectionery, as well as for decorating baklava and desserts. You can combine them in the same order with our whole green kernels, pistachio powder and slivered pistachios.

Packaging and Shipping
