(“Niyaz Food” or the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about how we process the personal data you share with us through the niyazgida.com website and our communication channels.

3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your requests, questions and suggestions
- Preparing and sending price quotes for our products
- Carrying out pre-sales and after-sales communication
- Ensuring the security of our website and information systems and preventing misuse
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities
4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through channels such as the contact form on our website, email and phone. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary for the data controller to comply with its legal obligations (ç), and necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to competent public authorities, judicial and administrative bodies where legally required, and to the hosting, email and IT service providers we use, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods stipulated by applicable legislation. When these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Company to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information if your personal data has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred;
- request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data;
- request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK;
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred;
- object to any result to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
8. How to Apply
You can submit requests regarding these rights, together with information that allows us to verify your identity, by email to [email protected] or in writing to our address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
