  • Red pistachio kernels: harvested fully ripe in September, with a reddish-purple skin. Well suited to roasting, snacks, chocolate and confectionery.
  • Pistachio powder, slivered and peeled green kernels: ready-to-use forms made from green kernels for decoration, fillings and premium patisserie.
  • Roasted Antep pistachios: salted, roasted in-shell pistachios for nut retail and private-label packing.

Can I receive a sample before ordering?

Yes. We evaluate sample requests so you can test the product under your own production conditions. Simply tell us which product you are interested in, how you plan to use it and your approximate order volume. We will share the sample shipping terms and timing with you based on your request.

When are pistachios harvested, and can you supply all year round?

Green kernels are harvested in late July to early August, meverdi in mid-August and red kernels in September. We supply throughout the year, but availability can vary with the season and stock levels, so we recommend planning larger volumes with us in advance to secure the product and grade you need.

Do you offer custom packaging or private-label production?

Our standard packaging options are 10 kg cartons, 20 kg vacuum cartons and 25 kg OPP sacks. If you need different pack sizes, labelling or packing under your own brand, please contact us. We will review your requirements and volume and work out suitable options with you.
