During slicing we aim for clean, even cuts, a low proportion of fines and a well-preserved colour, so you get a balanced, attractive spread on cakes, Turkish delight or chocolate.

Slivered pistachios make a real difference wherever the topping stays visible. Their bright green colour contrasts beautifully with white cream, chocolate coatings or icing sugar, making display products look more appealing.
